betnga Terms & Conditions

All financial transactions on the betnga platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betnga supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your betnga account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. betnga does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which betnga accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betnga reserves the right to refuse deposits made from third-party accounts and to require documentary proof that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder before processing any withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

betnga reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to betnga's anti-money-laundering compliance obligations. betnga may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account sharing, or bonus abuse.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betnga does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to domestic BDT transactions.

betnga may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• betnga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Where a wagering requirement is not stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• betnga reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or any other behaviour designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All wagers placed on the betnga platform — including cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, as well as casino games, slots, and live dealer tables — are subject to the following rules:

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until betnga has accepted it and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to your account. In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that prevents a bet from being confirmed, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and on the relevant game or market page. betnga reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and may apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betnga determines this to be necessary.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

betnga reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error, including typographical errors, technical errors, or odds that were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement relative to prevailing market prices. betnga will notify affected players of voided bets and return staked amounts to account balances promptly.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, betnga's records shall constitute the primary reference. If a player disputes a settlement, they must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betnga platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by betnga.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or allowing a person under 18 to access your betnga account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy involving multiple accounts or players designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker-style products.
• Attempting to access betnga's systems, databases, or back-end infrastructure without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that betnga reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward betnga staff or other platform users.

betnga is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity, and encourages all users to make use of these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that appear at set intervals during a gaming session, prompting them to review their activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the player's account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Players have access to a complete transaction history, win/loss summary, and session duration data within their account dashboard at all times.

All content on the betnga platform — including but not limited to the betnga brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of betnga or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betnga platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any betnga content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on betnga content; or use betnga's trademarks, service marks, or brand elements without betnga's prior written consent.

betnga collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at betnga Privacy Policy. By registering an account and completing the betnga Login process, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betnga uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and betnga's servers. betnga does not sell your personal data to third parties. betnga may share personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betnga's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betnga account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betnga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betnga platform.

betnga does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betnga reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice or liability.

betnga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betnga will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their betnga account or via a prominent notice on the betnga platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the betnga platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting betnga support at [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betnga platform that cannot be resolved through betnga's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

betnga's internal complaints procedure requires that all formal complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected]. betnga will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 2 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.
